Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide leadership and training to staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager/Assistant Manager is absent.
• Aim to meet or exceed sales, service, and operational goals.
• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Manage POS transactions, discounts, refunds, loyalty, and opening/closing.
• Oversee inventory control, pricing, merchandise presentation, payroll, and scheduling.
• Support training and development of direct reports and loss prevention.
