You will lead customer service, manage POS transactions, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and loss prevention, while ensuring a safe, welcoming shopping experience. This role may be full- or part-time and requires strong communication, teamwork and the ability to drive sales and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility is the safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create, establish and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience.
• All POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure;Sales, Discounts and Refunds; Loyalty; Open/Closing procedures
• Inventory control to include Shipping and Receiving; Price Changes, Markdowns; Singles; Damaged Merchandise; Conducting a Physical Inventory
• Sales floor merchandising and visual presentation to company standards; Merchandise placement; Store upkeep and signage
• Payroll control: scheduling; payroll budget compliance; Time & Attendance
• Training and development of direct reports; adherence to customer service standards
• Loss prevention to protect company assets and reduce shrink
• Develop a strong understanding of day-to-day store operations
