Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance. You will provide leadership and training to staff, stepping in for Store Manager when needed to run all aspects of the store and meet sales and service goals.

You will supervise POS, inventory, merchandising, payroll, and training activities while maintaining high standards of customer service and loss prevention to protect assets.

• Train direct reports and reinforce customer service standards.

• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and coverage.
