You will lead by example, support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, and drive sales, service and operational standards while safeguarding assets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide leadership and training to staff; support Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Handle POS transactions per policy.
• Oversee inventory control including receiving, pricing, markdowns, and physical inventory.
• Manage merchandising and visual presentation to company standards.
• Control payroll aspects: scheduling, payroll budget, and time & attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports; reinforce customer service standards.
• Oversee loss prevention and asset protection.
• Aim to manage all day-to-day operations effectively.
