Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations and ensure 100% policy compliance. The role provides leadership and training to staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and assumes full responsibility when they are absent.

The Team Lead will strive to meet sales, service, and operational goals in a dynamic retail environment. The position may be full-time or part-time and involves hands-on supervision, staff development, and maintaining store standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory control, including shipping/receiving, price changes and stock integrity.
