Qualifications

Must be legally qualified under Ohio state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales.

Responsibilities

Supervise associates, including assigning duties, coaching the Hi Five Guest Experience, and training Shift Leaders and Guest Services staff.
Handle store administration tasks such as ordering, reviewing weekly delivery reports, transferring products, and completing paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor.
Ensure the signature Hi Five Guest Experience by greeting Guests warmly and maintaining store readiness at all times.
Oversee DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, sundaes, and related items.
Operate the Point of Sale and gas console accurately, process transactions, and handle cash/security procedures.
Maintain stock and presentation of merchandise, ensure proper rotation and dates, and keep equipment and freezers clean.
