UDF-MyScoop Branding in Cincinnati is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure outstanding service and lead the Hi Five Guest Experience on shift. You will supervise associates, manage store operations, and ensure compliance with laws and company policies.

The role requires flexibility to work full-time across 1st–3rd shifts, with responsibilities including training staff, handling POS/gas transactions, stocking, and maintaining store conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be legally qualified under state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco.
• Experience supervising associates and coaching staff is preferred.
• Excellent guest-service and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage other Associates: assign/monitor duties, coach The Hi Five Guest Experience, and train Shift Leaders and Guest Services Associates.
• Store Administration: ordering, weekly delivery reports, and paperwork as directed by Store Manager or District Supervisor.
• Overall Guest Services: deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and ensure guests are greeted and served to satisfaction.
• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, malts, cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed items.
• Efficient Operation of POS System and Gas Console: handle all transactions accurately and manage cash, credit, and coupons.
• Stocking Merchandise: keep dip cabinet, shelves, and freezers stocked and presentable; rotate stock and check dates.
• Security: monitor guests, manage cash drops, and follow Tobacco/Alcohol procedures.
• Maintenance: keep store and equipment clean, monitor temperatures in refrigeration.
• Reporting: complete time records and Customer First Document accurately.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and operate store equipment.
