A strong focus on coaching, merchandising, and process discipline is essential. Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of one year in retail or restaurant roles, with food safety certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must complete training program and be food safety certified.
• Knowledge of Rhodes 101 core values and guest service standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement and Core Values understood and applied.
• Guest focus: greet, acknowledge guests and maintain service standards.
• Assist GM in achieving budgeted sales and gross profit.
• Help control shrink, expenses and payroll.
• Ensure stock levels, merchandising and assortments are in place.
• Review store trends and adjust goals to maximize performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies and proper cashier reports and payroll paperwork.
• Perform performance reviews and assist in recruiting employees.
• Train and develop Customer Service staff; oversee training.
• Keep store clean, orderly and aligned with Rhodes 101 standards.
• Accept additional duties as assigned.
