Qualifications

• Must know and apply mission statement and core values.
• Maintain an average score of at least 90% on Quest-for-the-Best mystery shops and respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback.
• Maintain awareness of product information, promotions, and advertisements.
• Provide support to maintain company appearance standards through daily and weekly tasks.
• Maintain cash handling within daily tolerance and adhere to loss prevention.
• Assist in merchandising, floor moves, and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to all company policies, pricing, and safety procedures.
• Accurately complete sales transactions and engage guests to meet needs.
• Practice safety and cleanliness, report incidents promptly.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Execute mission statement and core values in daily interactions with guests.
• Maintain mystery shop scores and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Keep up-to-date product knowledge and promotions.
• Support store appearance through daily/weekly tasks.
• Control cash handling; monitor for discrepancies and safety threats.
• Assist with merchandising, floor moves, and stock replenishment.
• Follow policies, pricing, and loss prevention procedures.
• Process sales transactions accurately and encourage add-on purchases.
• Maintain safety standards and cleanliness; report issues immediately.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
