Rhodes101 is seeking a customer service associate for a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with guests, uphold mission and values, and apply product knowledge to assist shoppers.

Strong communication, ability to multi-task, and willingness to learn are essential. The role includes merchandising, cash handling, safety, and maintaining a clean, welcoming store. Minimal travel may be required, and you will contribute to a positive guest experience.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must complete our training program.
• Food safety certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to mission statement and core values.
• Maintain an average Quest-for-the-Best mystery shop score ≥ 90% and respond promptly to guest feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of product information, promotions, and advertisements.
• Support company appearance standards through daily/weekly tasks.
• Maintain cash handling within daily tolerance for cash over/shorts, bad checks, and gas thefts.
• Assist on floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and store housekeeping.
• Assist replenishment and monitor floor stock.
• Follow all policies, pricing, and loss prevention practices.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and encourage purchases.
• Practice proper safety and report incidents immediately.
• Keep store clean, welcoming, and up to company standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
