Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year retail and/or restaurant experience preferred.
• Must complete training program and be food safety certified.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: Knowledge of and use of Mission Statement and Core Values
• Guest Focus: Ensure guest receives outstanding guest service by greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining standards and product knowledge
• Profitable Sales: Assist general manager in achieving budgeted sales and gross profit
• Financials: Assist in controlling shrink, expenses and payroll
• In-stocks: Ensure appropriate merchandise stock levels, adjacencies and presentations; signing and assortment; ensure items are stocked
• Goals and Objectives: Review store trends and recommend changes to maximize goals
• Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with policies and proper completion of cashier reports, payroll and related items
• Performance Review: Evaluate and communicate performance issues and recruit employees
• Talent Management: Train and develop Customer service employees; direct training for employees
• Cleanliness: Ensure store is clean and meets Rhodes 101 standards
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned
• Travel: Very minimal travel for support to other stores and required meetings
