Responsibilities

• Ensure guest focus with outstanding service including greeting and product knowledge.
• Assist general manager in meeting budgeted sales and gross profit.
• Assist in controlling shrink, expenses, and payroll.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels, adjacencies, presentation, and signing.
• Review store trends and recommend changes to maximize goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies and complete cashier reports, payroll, etc.
• Evaluate performance issues and recruit employees as needed.
• Train and develop customer service staff; oversee training.
• Keep the store clean and meet Rhodes 101 expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
