Rhodes101 is seeking a hospitality-focused team member to join our store in Desloge, MO. You will help deliver excellent guest experiences, assist with merchandising, and support daily store operations.

You will complete our training program, maintain product knowledge, and adhere to safety and cash-control procedures to ensure a clean, welcoming environment that puts customers first.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or preferred.
• Completion of our training program is expected.
• Food safety certification is required or preferred.
• Demonstrates hospitality focus and customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities
