Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior hospitality experience is a plus.
• Food safety certification as noted in training program.

Responsibilities

• Mission Statement: knowledge of and use of mission statement and core values.
• Guest Focus: maintain high guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
• Product Knowledge: stay informed about product information and promotions.
• Work Ethic: help maintain appearance standards through daily/weekly tasks.
• Cash Controls: handle cash accurately and within daily tolerances.
• Merchandising: assist with station/area upkeep and cleanliness.
• Replenishment: assist restocking and floor stock monitoring.
• Policies and Procedures: adhere to company policies including pricing and loss prevention.
• Sales: complete transactions efficiently while guiding guest purchases.
• Safety: maintain safe work practices and report hazards immediately.
• Extra Stuff: perform additional duties as assigned.
