Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coach a diverse team, and ensure excellent donor and customer experiences across shifts. You will act as key holder, open/close the store, and uphold safety and SOPs while supporting growth opportunities for staff.

Qualifications include 2–3 years in retail, high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3 years of retail experience.
• Associates Degree or related retail management coursework preferred.
• Excellent oral and written English communication; interpersonal skills; bilingual a plus.
• Forklift certification required.
• Must have dependable transportation and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Able to work in all conditions and meet physical requirements (lift up to 30 lbs).
• Available to work multiple days/hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift to meet standards.
• Open and/or close the store as key holder on duty.
• Develop, coach and support team members for career growth.
• Greet donors/customers and ensure efficient service.
• Handle complaints and communicate with management.
• Maintain store appearance and housekeeping to standards.
• Transfer to other Goodwill stores within territory as needed.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
