Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Provide leadership and training to store staff.
• Oversee POS transactions in accordance with policy, including sales, discounts, refunds and loyalty.
• Control inventory, pricing changes and physical inventory counts.
• Maintain merchandising standards and promotional materials.
• Monitor payroll, scheduling and attendance.
• Train and develop direct reports and uphold customer service standards.
• Support loss prevention and asset protection.
• Assist in daily store operations in the absence of store leadership.
