Job summary

Deckers Brands’ HOKA retailer seeks a Sales Lead to manage shifts, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You’ll supervise associates, open/close the store, and mentor teammates while promoting the HOKA brand and products.

You will stay informed on product technology, deliver energetic customer experiences, handle POS transactions, and maintain store standards. This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and Brand integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly targets.
• Open and close the store and partner with store management to deliver the best customer experience.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and stay current on all products and product technology.
