Qualifications

• Must have Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the retail showroom and execute service programs.
• Collaborate with the store manager to staff the sales counter during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure all orders, transfers and invoicing are processed accurately and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and daily opening/closing duties.
