Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise day-to-day store operations in Las Vegas. You will lead staff, ensure policy compliance, and support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in achieving sales and service goals.

The role may be full- or part-time and requires strong communication, managerial, and organizational skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction, loss prevention, and payroll control.

Responsabilités

• Primary responsibility is the safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create, establish and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience; maintain service level standards; provide service training and leadership to staff.
• All POS terminal transactions in accordance with policy and procedure; Sales, Discounts and Refunds; Loyalty; Open/Closing procedures
• Inventory control: Shipping and Receiving; Price Management; Singles; Damaged Merchandise; Physical Inventory
• Sales floor merchandising and visual presentation: Merchandise placement; floor maintenance; promotions and signage
• Payroll control: Scheduling; payroll budget compliance; time & attendance
• Training and development of direct reports: utilization of training tools; reinforcement of customer service standards
• Loss prevention: protection and control of company assets
• Work towards understanding and managing all day-to-day operations
