Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to supervise daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and to provide leadership and training to staff under the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety and welfare of employees and customers.
• Create and maintain an excellent customer shopping experience; lead staff training and service standards.
• Handle POS transactions according to policy (sales, discounts, refunds).
• Manage inventory control, shipping/receiving, price changes and markdowns.
• Lead merchandising and visual presentation; ensure housekeeping and signage standards.
• Oversee payroll-related tasks: scheduling and time/attendance; budget adherence.
