Job summary

Rack Room Shoes is seeking a Team Lead to assist in supervising daily store operations in North Charleston, SC. You will guide staff under the Store Manager’s direction, ensuring policy compliance and a top-tier customer shopping experience.

The role may be full- or part-time and involves leadership across sales, service and operations. You will train team members, resolve customer issues with urgency, manage POS procedures, inventory, and merchandising, and help with scheduling and payroll

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and staff activities.

• Oversee POS transactions, discounts, refunds and loyalty processes.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes and merchandising standards.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll, and time attendance.
