Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Store Leadership Team Leader for the Manitowoc store in Manitowoc, WI. This full-time role oversees team members, guides donations processing, and drives retail results in a backroom/warehouse setting.

You'll train and coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while supporting our mission to empower people through employment and skills development. Some travel may be required. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
• A valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other locations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by Store Manager.
• Drives results through proper handling and processing of all donations to meet production and sales goals.
• Leads training, coaching and development of skills to achieve results.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Manages scheduling and opening/closing procedures, ensuring completion of the leader checklist.
• Supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values and onboarding with Store Manager.
