Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Retail Team Lead to oversee daily backroom and warehouse operations across stores in north-central Wisconsin. You will supervise team members, guide donations processing, and help achieve production and sales goals.

The role requires leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to train staff, manage scheduling, and maintain a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by Store Manager.
• Drive results through proper handling and processing of donations to meet production and sales goals.
• Lead training, coaching and skills development to achieve results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Manage a broad range of retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures with the leader checklist.
• Support mission through employment and training of people with different abilities.
• Support recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values and ensure onboarding with Store Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
