Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Store Leader to guide teams, manage operations and drive performance at a Wisconsin location. You will supervise staffing, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team and ensure a customer-focused shopping experience.

You will lead scheduling, payroll, safety, and store presentation while partnering with leadership to meet financial and operational goals. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent time management and prioritization under time constraints.
• Strong communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee donation-to-store-floor process and ensure customer-centric experience.
• Provide oversight, guidance, and development to team members and leaders as directed by Store Manager/Regional Manager.
• Lead talent management: hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, mentoring.
• Execute strategies to meet or exceed sales and production plans and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
