Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Store Leadership Team Leader for the Manitowoc store in Manitowoc, WI. This full-time role oversees team members, guides donations processing, and drives retail results in a backroom/warehouse setting.

You'll train and coach staff, manage scheduling, and ensure a clean, safe work environment while supporting our mission to empower people through employment and skills development. Some travel may be required. Competitive benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
• A valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other locations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends.

What You’ll Get To Do:

• Provides oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by Store Manager.
• Drives results through the proper handing and processing of all donations to meet production and sales goals.
• Utilizes reports and leads team members by assisting with training, coaching and developing skills to achieve results.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Effectively and efficiently manages a broad range of retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, while ensuring completion of the leader checklist.
• Supports Goodwill NCW’s mission through employment and training of people with different abilities.
• Supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values and ensures successful onboarding for all team members in partnership with Store Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: What We Need From You:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills and the ability to work through multiple tasks simultaneously under time constraints.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• At least a basic level of competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and the ability to travel to other locations is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekends, with regular and timely attendance in accordance with the assigned work schedule.
