Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Store Lead for Weston Store - Schofield, WI to oversee team members and ensure efficient donation processing and sales goals. You will supervise scheduling, opening/closing, and safety while supporting recruitment in collaboration with the Store Manager.

With 3+ years of leadership, you will coach staff, use reports, and maintain confidentiality. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to other locations are required to fulfill this mission-driven role in our

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Basic competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other locations.

Responsibilities

• Provides oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by Store Manager.
• Drives results through proper handling and processing of all donations to meet production and sales goals.
• Utilizes reports and leads team members by assisting with training, coaching and developing skills to achieve results.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Effectively and efficiently manages a broad range of retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, while ensuring completion of the leader checklist.
• Supports Goodwill NCW’s mission through employment and training of people with different abilities.
• Supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values and ensures successful onboarding for all team members in partnership with Store Manager.
