Job summary

Goodwill NCW is seeking a Full-Time Store Leader for the Green Bay East Store in Green Bay, WI. You will supervise daily operations, guide team members, and ensure a customer-focused, compliant retail environment while driving store sales.

You will lead hiring, onboarding, payroll, training, and safety, collaborating with Store and Regional Managers to build a high-performing team aligned with our mission of eliminating barriers to employment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 4+ years of leadership experience preferred.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service and attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Basic proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting and dashboard tools.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable driving record and ability to travel between locations.
• Flexibility to work holidays, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the donation door to store floor process and ensures customer-centric service.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to build a strong team.
• Executes business strategies to meet forecasted sales and production plans and manages payroll and scheduling.
• Maintains store presentation, safety standards, and adherence to policies.
• Collaborates with Store and Regional Managers on marketing and community outreach.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and conducts audits of facilities and equipment.
• Leads communication and coaching to drive change and engagement.
• Manages a wide range of retail operations and drives performance metrics.
