Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager of Sales and Service to lead the store team in delivering World-Class service at Pottery Barn in New York. You will model outstanding customer relationships and ensure strong staff presence to meet sales goals.

This full-time role requires excellent communication and leadership, with 2–3 years of retail experience. You will coach associates, manage priorities, and resolve customer issues while upholding the People-First culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to create an exceptional customer experience and exceed sales goals.
• Ensure the sales floor is adequately staffed and serve as a role model for sales associates in delivering sales and service.
• Coach staff on customer service principles and performance.
• Use Selling Essentials and training resources to educate team on product and goals.
• Foster a positive environment aligned with the People-First philosophy.
• Resolve client service issues including delivery/pick-up and reporting.
