Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in North Carolina is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the team during the manager’s absence and guide staff to deliver outstanding service.

You will help recruit, train, schedule, and coach team members, ensure shift coverage, and maintain daily banking and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Sales specialist training is required.
• Assistant manager certification is required.
• RSS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure proper banking, deposits, and store security procedures are followed.
