Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure staff execute customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, interviewing, and training.
• Ensure orders, returns, and merchandise invoicing are processed efficiently and correctly.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing duties and security checks.
