Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training completed.
• Assistant Manager Certification completed.
• RSS Certification completed.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Assist the store manager with staffing, goal setting, coaching, and training for team members.
• Participate in hiring processes: recruiting, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
• Ensure proper cash handling, banking, and security procedures during opening/closing.
• Manage buy online/ship to store, transfers, and orders with timely communication to customers.
• Oversee returns, exchanges, and payment processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
