Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Georgia is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. You will lead the team during the manager's absence and guide colleagues to serve customers effectively.

You'll help hire staff, coach, schedule and ensure training, manage peak hours, process returns and transfers, and uphold company policies while safeguarding assets and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification and RSS Certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in delivering excellent customer service.
• Supervise service levels at the retail showroom and ensure staff execution of service programs.
• Assist in staffing during peak hours and coordinate scheduling.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing and staff development.
• Handle store opening/closing duties and secure the premises.
