Job summary

Petsense by Tractor Supply in Murray, KY is seeking a Team Member to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales, merchandising, and operational goals while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will promote a safe work environment, train new Team Members on policies, and handle daily tasks from opening/closing, cash handling, to assisting customers and caring for live animals.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; must be able to read, write and count.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising activities (basic, promotional, seasonal).
• Open/Close procedures.
• Handle cash register and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure safety and well-being of live animals and sanitize holding tanks.
