Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to support the store management team in daily operations at our Santa Cruz location, where you will drive sales through genuine customer connections and maintain an energetic, brand-focused environment.

You will lead with a service-first mindset, guide associates, and collaborate on inventory, checkout, and curbside/pick-up processes to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the URBN brand and values on the floor.
• Lead by example, maintain a positive service culture, and drive sales through genuine customer connections.
• Ensure smooth omni-channel service using MPOS/POS, In-Store & Pickup processes.
• Support opening/closing tasks and store operations with the management team.
• Share product knowledge, brand messaging, and customer service best practices with the team.
• Assist in inventory, restocking, and visual/display standards to support store profitability.
• Foster inclusive communication, onboard new hires, and relay feedback to leadership.
