Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will supervise staff, ensure visual merchandising standards, and manage inventory while upholding brand policies.

You will report to the Store Manager, participate in training initiatives, and help maintain a welcoming, inclusive environment for both customers and team members.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent and resolve staffing issues.
• Lead the selling strategy to meet KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, and nightly close procedures.
• Oversee product presentation, inventory counts, and backroom organization.
• Support recruitment, training, and adherence to company policies.
