Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lawrenceville, NJ to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, drive sales, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to Lids’ policies and standards.

You will train and motivate team members, handle scheduling, and participate in in-store embroidery and customization initiatives. This role emphasizes teamwork, leadership, and delivering a premium fan experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team to create a fun and productive environment aligned with company objectives.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Ensure policy compliance and protect company assets.
