• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and stock integrity.
• Lead merchandising, promotions, and visual presentation to standard.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and attendance compliance.
• Drive Loss Prevention and asset protection.
• Support continuous development of direct reports.
