Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store operations and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Provide leadership and training to staff under Store Manager guidance.
• Handle customer issues with urgency to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage POS transactions, sales, discounts, loyalty, and open/close procedures.
• Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, price changes and markdowns.
• Maintain merchandising standards and signage.
• Manage payroll, scheduling, and time/attendance within budget.
• Train and develop direct reports and reinforce customer service standards.
• Assist in loss prevention and asset protection.
• Aim to understand and improve day-to-day operations.
