Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Griffin, GA seeks a store leader to drive exceptional customer service for retail and professional customers. You will supervise showroom service, assist in staffing during peak hours, and help coach team members to meet goals while supporting interviewing and hiring processes.

Responsibilities include processing orders, returns, and invoicing, communicating policy, and ensuring daily operations, security, and maintenance are performed.

Qualifications

• Sales Specialist Training is required.
• Assistant Manager Certification preferred.
• RSS Certification is a plus.
• Certified Parts Professional Certification desirable.
• ASE Certification desirable.
• Fluency in multiple languages, esp. Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and drive related programs.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in setting team goals, coaching, and training update.
• Assist in hiring tasks by coordinating interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Answer phone according to company policy.
• Process all buy online/ship to store, transfers, and DC add orders timely.
• Ensure returns and exchanges are handled efficiently and refunds issued correctly.
• Invoicing of merchandise including core charges and warranties.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure schedule adherence, clock-ins, and security procedures are followed.
• Perform opening/closing duties and bank deposit preparation.
• Maintain store building, signage, equipment, and delivery vehicles.
• All other duties as assigned.
