Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts in Sylvester, GA is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. This role also assumes shift management in the absence of leadership.

You will lead store team members in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers, supervise service programs, manage transfers, returns, and invoicing, and perform opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom and execute on service programs.
• Ensure calls and inquiries are handled according to policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store transfers, and DC add orders promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently and accurately.
• Process returns and exchanges, issue refunds, and stage merchandise correctly.
• Invoice merchandise including core charges and warranties before shipment.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Adhere to the posted schedule and clock in/out as required.
• Perform all opening/closing duties and day-end procedures.
