• Assistant Manager Certification.
• RSS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Support staffing during peak hours to ensure adequate coverage.
• Coach and mentor team members and assist in goal setting and performance feedback.
• Participate in hiring: interviews, candidate evaluation, and coordination with management.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and that processes are followed.
