Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a store leadership team member in Shelby Township, MI. You will supervise crews, train staff, and drive front-end operations to deliver a WOW customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew members wow customers through personal contact.
• Train the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensure fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Lead front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is functional and staff trained.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness.
• Perform store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise crew members.
• Coordinate with leadership on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Maintain stock room and perform general store maintenance.
• Work flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnight shifts and travel as required.
• Identify and interpret email/print instructions regarding layouts and schedules.
• Move across the floor to assist customers and restock as needed.
