Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and trains crew on service.
• Leads store to achieve customer service scores set by the District Manager.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Opens and closes the store, maintains cleanliness and readiness.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the manager.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew.
• Reviews all corporate communications and responds accordingly.
• Partners with the leadership team in merchandising and recovery.
• Performs general housekeeping and stockroom upkeep.
• Schedules may include day, evening, weekends, and overnight shifts as required.
