Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are WOWing the Customer through personal contact with customers and trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. experience.
• Leads assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards and ensure equipment is functional.
• Manages opening/closing procedures and maintains store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in their absence and collaborates with the manager on staffing and development.
• Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and responds appropriately.
• Works with leadership on merchandising and recovery processes.
• Maintains stock room and store areas; performs general maintenance and housekeeping.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned by the Store Manager.
