Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail or similar setting.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Wows the customer through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead front-end operations and ensure brand standards for merchandising.
• Open/close procedures, store cleanliness, and recovery readiness.
• Train, coach, and supervise crew members; partner with store manager.
• Assist with recruiting and scheduling as needed.
