O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations. This role will lead the store team in servicing customers and step in during the Store Manager’s absence or competing shifts.

• Sales Specialist Training required.
• Assistant Manager Certification required.
• RSS Certification required.

Aufgaben

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of customer service programs.
• Assist the store manager in staffing, coaching, and training to meet goals and maintain policy compliance.
• Participate in hiring by interviewing and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure accurate processing of exchanges, returns, and invoicing before products leave the store.
• Perform opening/closing duties and maintain store appearance, safety, and security.
