Qualifications

• Required: Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification.
• Desired: Certified Parts Professional Certification; ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to provide excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels on the showroom floor and implement service programs.
• Collaborate with store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, and selecting qualified team members.
• Ensure accurate processing of buy online/ship to store, hub, and transfers.
