Boot Barn in Liverpool, NY is seeking a Key Holder to deliver a welcoming in-store experience and support to store partners. You will master product knowledge, drive sales, and maintain merchandising standards at the register and on the floor.

The role emphasizes customer service, leadership development, and collaboration with the team to meet sales goals. 1–2 years in retail plus flexibility for varied shifts and up to 10% travel required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become a product expert and communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals (UPT, ADT, add-ons).
• Stay informed on current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and stock replenishment.
• Complete sales transactions accurately at POS and handle cash responsibly.
• Collaborate with store leadership to develop skills and improve metrics.
• Follow opening/closing procedures and company time policies.
• Adhere to all laws and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
