Job summary

Discount Tire is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in a hands-on leadership role. You will lead and mentor a team, ensure safe, efficient operations, and deliver an outstanding customer experience on the sales floor and service bays.

This position emphasizes growth through hands-on development and internal promotion. You will oversee daily store activities, coach associates, manage inventory of tires and wheels, and maintain high safety standards while guiding the team to meet sales and service

Qualifications

Must have strong people leadership and customer service skills.
Able to coach and mentor a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Must be capable of maintaining safety standards and store operations.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of technicians and store staff.
Set the pace for the store, run floor coaching, and ensure safe, timely service.
Manage inventory and organize tires, wheels, and related products.
Delight customers with an inviting and safe shopping experience.
