Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Bust tires: Install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coach a team: Train, mentor, and coach a team of 4–5 technicians.
• Manage inventory: Organize tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers: Provide an inviting, safe customer experience.
• Grow: Hands-on training and development on the job.
